Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from warehouse, third-party business and supply chain processes.
You coordinate export orders including transport organisation and shipping documents.
You prepare offers and price calculations for defined transactions.
You provide complete customs, origin and trade documents.
You handle letters of credit and documentary collections according to specifications.
You organise supplier and customer inspections as needed.
You record, coordinate and document complaints in the CRM.
You monitor incoming payments, credit limits and open items within the assigned customer base.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable business qualification.
Further training in foreign trade or supply chain is an advantage.
At least three years of experience in export, international trade or logistics.
Good knowledge of customs clearance, Incoterms and export documentation.
Experience with letters of credit, documentary collections and international transports.
Confident use of SAP, ideally with MM and SD processes.
Independent, reliable working style with strong coordination skills.
Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are welcome.
