Role:
You want to not only operate modern cloud technologies but actively develop them further? In this role, you design powerful Azure and hybrid cloud environments, automate recurring tasks, and develop a secure, scalable IT platform. Here you combine technical know-how with modern engineering approaches and take responsibility for sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and further develop Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
Operation and optimisation of virtual machines, Windows server systems and cloud services
Automation of infrastructure processes with PowerShell, Azure Automation or Infrastructure as Code
Implementation of security concepts, identity management and role-based access rights
Monitoring platform performance as well as analysing and resolving technical faults
Participation in cloud migrations, architectural decisions and technical modernisations
Further development of backup, recovery and high availability concepts
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, systems engineering or a comparable technical qualification
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid IT infrastructures
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with virtualisation, network technologies and cloud security
Interest in automation, Infrastructure as Code and standardised operational processes
Analytical thinking, structured working method and enthusiasm for technical challenges
Initiative and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
