System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operation and continuous development of the company-wide client infrastructure
Support and maintenance of the virtual desktop environment based on VMware Horizon
Ensuring the operation of central Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Software distribution and packaging using SCCM
Management and configuration of mobile devices via Airwatch MDM
Support in 2nd-level support including participation in the on-call service
Documentation of all measures and changes in the ITSM tool ServiceNow
Independent familiarisation with new technologies and areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification in the IT field
Professional experience as a Client Engineer with a focus on Windows 10/11 environments
Sound knowledge of SCCM, VMware Horizon and Airwatch MDM
Microsoft or VMware certifications are an advantage
Very good German skills (at least C2)
