Bilingual Commercial Employee D/F M/F

We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned client, a key player in the industrial sector, a bilingual German/French Commercial Employee.

This full-time permanent position is based in Greater Fribourg.

Start date: to be agreed -> ideally: 1st July 2026

The bilingual German/French candidate, organised and meticulous, with a good sense of customer service who will already have experience in an administrative or commercial environment or who will be completing their apprenticeship this year, will manage:

All administration related to Clients:

• taking, processing, managing orders and follow-up
• liaison with representatives
• supplier contacts
• preparation and processing of quotations
• preparation of production orders
• invoicing
• contacts: telephone, email, Teams

The requirement for bilingualism in German/French is a TRUE IMPERATIVE, as the hired person will respond to requests from both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland.

We are looking for a candidate holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent, with, if possible, experience in a similar position.
We are also open to apprentices who will obtain their CFC this year!

The ideal candidate is motivated, committed, thoughtful, with a keen sense of customer service and very good organisation.
Very good command of IT tools.
Experience with SAP is an additional asset.
