Construction and Project Manager - Building Construction 80-100% (m/f/d)

Role:
You will work in the areas of building construction, civil and specialised civil engineering, building materials production, real estate development, and as a general contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Taking over construction and project management in building, civil, and specialised civil engineering
- Identifying deviations during construction execution, informing clients, and initiating necessary measures
- Preparing tenders and comparing incoming offers
- Participating in construction meetings and recording minutes on site
- Preparing and conducting submissions according to the construction management guidelines
- Conducting construction project meetings and regular status reporting
Qualifications:
- Further training as a federally certified construction manager, technician TS, or several years of construction management experience
- Leadership skills, communication and organisational ability
- Experience in building, civil, and specialised civil engineering
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident communication in spoken and written form
