Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a responsible position in the finance sector. You ensure the professional organisation of accounting, coordinate the relevant processes, and lead a small team. As the central contact person for management, you contribute your expertise on financial and entrepreneurial matters and support the further development of the finance department.

Responsibilities:

• You coordinate the processes within the accounting team and take on the technical as well as personnel leadership

• You ensure a structured and timely completion of monthly and annual financial statements

• You independently manage the financial accounting of various companies

• You monitor complex accounting issues such as accruals, prepayments, and customer funds and ensure their correct posting

• You are responsible for the settlement with various business partners and also handle business transactions in different currencies

• You contribute to budgeting, forecasting, key figures and liquidity planning and prepare relevant information for management

• You process tax declarations and VAT returns and ensure their correct and timely completion

Qualifications:

• You hold the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable professional qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in financial accounting

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in leading employees

• You are familiar with Abacus; corresponding knowledge is an advantage

• You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
