Project Manager Building Construction (m/f) 100%

Take responsibility for demanding construction projects and accompany them from planning to successful completion.

Your interesting area of activity includes, among others:

• Independent management and supervision of demanding building construction projects
• Responsibility for the planning, coordination and realisation of the projects
• Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality requirements
• Coordination of clients, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
• Leadership and coordination of the involved planning and execution teams
• Accompanying the projects through all project phases
• Continuous monitoring of project progress as well as early identification and resolution of challenges

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed training or studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in project management of building construction projects
• Sound knowledge in the planning and realisation of construction projects
• Structured, independent and highly organised working style
• High resilience as well as pronounced solution orientation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Confident and professional appearance towards clients, specialist planners and contractors
• Sense of responsibility and enjoyment in active project management
