Sole Accountant (m/f/d)

- You manage the internal control system (ICS).
- You ensure the correct execution of VAT accounting.
- You develop and implement efficient processes, including quality management, payment transactions, and digitalisation.
- You are responsible for the subsidiary ledgers for debtors and creditors as well as their reconciliations.
- You are responsible for posting and reconciling postal, bank, and intercompany transactions.
- You independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as annual reports for our three companies.
- You prepare the audit for four companies and accompany it through the process.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ).
- You also hold a qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma.
- Your German language skills are fluent in spoken and written form.
- You demonstrate digital affinity, have experience with Abacus and M365, and possess advanced Excel skills.
