Planning, implementation and operation of Microsoft-based IT infrastructures for customer environments
Support and continuous development of managed services as well as ensuring stable operation
Implementation and technical support of smaller IT projects from planning to realisation
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Creation of technical solution concepts, system architectures and documentation
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in computer science or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience with Microsoft Server, Microsoft Azure and virtualisation technologies
Practical experience in IT infrastructure, system operation and technical troubleshooting
Strong customer and service orientation as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
Good German and English skills as well as a driving licence category B
