Role:
You have technical ownership of a modern workplace environment with Windows 11 clients, Azure Virtual Desktops, and managed mobiles – including the associated security infrastructure, which you strategically further develop. In the area of Identity & Access Management, you are responsible for operating and expanding conditional access policies, MFA, and identity protection. You advise group companies on expansions and individual workplace configurations, analyse complex issues at 3rd-level support, and coordinate escalations as well as the transfer to the support team. As a technical sparring partner, you contribute your expertise specifically to projects and architectural decisions.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the modern workplace environment (Windows 11 fat clients, Azure Virtual Desktops, managed mobiles) including security infrastructure and strategically develop it further
You operate and further develop conditional access policies, MFA, and identity protection configurations
You advise and support group companies in planned expansions and individual workplace configurations
You analyse complex issues at 3rd-level support, coordinate escalations, and the transfer to the support team
Additionally, you act as a sparring partner in the engineering team and contribute your know-how to projects and design decisions
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
You bring 3-5 years of experience in the modern workplace environment as well as with Intune (including MDM), the Entra ID security stack, operating AVD, software packaging, and 2nd-level support
You have experience in 3rd-level support
You have very good German and good English skills
You are willing to travel approximately 10%
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and convince through commitment, innovative spirit, and team spirit
