As a Technical Clerk for Electrical Tenders, you are responsible for the professional handling of demanding tenders – from calculation to final pricing. You support project teams, coordinate suppliers, and ensure that technical solutions, deadlines, and requirements are reliably implemented.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of tenders from calculation to pricing
Creation and review of functional tenders
Support of project managers with measurements and change orders for ongoing projects
Compilation of suitable reference projects for tenders
Conducting supplier discussions during the offer phase
Ensuring adherence to deadlines and coordination of necessary steps
Participation in the further development of processes and technical solutions
Application of current standards and industry norms
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Electrical Planner EFZ
Several years of professional experience as a technical clerk or site supervisor
Experience in independently preparing tenders and functional tenders in the million range
Further training in electrical engineering or commercial fields is an advantage, e.g. Safety Advisor, Project Manager or Technical Salesperson
Very good oral and written German skills
