Junior Accountant (M/F)

About the role

As a Junior Accountant, your role will be to support the finance team daily while preparing for the handover from a senior colleague. You will work on the accounting for public clients within a dynamic and educational environment.

Tasks

Handling general accounting, including invoice management, reconciliations, ledger entries, and administrative follow-up.

• Perform bank reconciliations and matching on Excel
• Manage invoicing and collections for public entities
• Ensure processing and payment of invoices
• Enter entries in the general ledger (manual and automated processes)
• Draft reminder letters and payment follow-ups
• Gradually participate in future internal audit missions

We are looking for

• Training in general accounting in Switzerland
• First practical experience in accounting, including internship or apprenticeship
• Excellent proficiency in Excel software
• Excellent writing skills in French
