ICT Workplace Supporter (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for workplace, M365, mobile, and client support
You analyse and resolve support requests and coordinate external partners
You install and configure ICT devices such as PCs, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones
You manage users, access rights, and permissions and maintain documentation
You optimise support processes and contribute to ICT projects and the further development of the workplace environment
Qualifications:
You have completed an ICT training or comparable qualification
You have good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, Windows, M365, and workplace solutions
You analyse technical challenges systematically and solution-oriented
You are service-oriented, communicative, patient, and reliable and enjoy working with users
You have very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage
