Internal Sales Advisor – Electricity (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a company specialised in the distribution of electrical equipment based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor.

This position is exclusively for professionals holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the field of electricity, wishing to leverage their technical knowledge and progress towards a commercial role.

Your main responsibilities:

• Customer advice: assist professional clients in choosing electrical equipment and propose solutions tailored to their needs
• Internal sales: provide advice and sales by telephone as well as welcome and service customers in the shop
• Order management: record, process and follow up customer orders, ensuring deadlines are met
• Commercial follow-up: respond to enquiries and ensure follow-up of customer requests
• Internal coordination: collaborate with various departments and suppliers to guarantee quality service

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrical installer or electrical fitter essential
• Professional experience in electrical installation
• Strong interest in technical advice, customer relations and sales
• Good knowledge of electrical equipment and its applications
• Comfortable with IT tools and good learning ability
• Dynamic, organised and autonomous personality, enjoying customer contact
• Good team spirit and customer service orientation

No prior sales experience is required. Internal training will be provided to support you in this professional transition.
