Senior Microsoft Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
For an internationally oriented IT environment, an experienced individual is sought who will technically manage and continuously develop modern workplace solutions. The focus is on Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Windows Autopilot as well as the gradual transformation to a modern, cloud-based workplace platform.
You will take on a central technical role between workplace management, IT support and internal stakeholders. In doing so, you will further develop standards, establish best practices and contribute your expertise to national and international projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical support and further development of workplace platforms with Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Windows Autopilot
Accompanying the transformation from classic endpoint management solutions to a modern cloud workplace
Technical support and point of contact for 1st-level IT support
Implementation of corporate requirements as well as development and documentation of standards and best practices
Automation and optimisation of workplace and IT processes
Participation in national and international projects to further develop the IT workplace environment
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ or higher level
More than 3 years of professional experience in the Microsoft workplace environment with Intune and SCCM
Good experience in automating and optimising IT processes
Structured and target group-oriented communication of complex technical content
Experience in presentations, reporting and collaboration with various stakeholders
Independent, structured and convincing working style
Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips, about once per quarter
Very good German skills and good English skills
