Hotel Services Employee
You will take on
- Organisational and administrative tasks as well as counter service in hotel services including the rental of around 160 staff apartments, managing the cloakrooms, and providing work equipment for all hospital and clinic staff at the Münsterlingen hospital campus (telephone, badge, keys, ID card, parking tag)
- Administrative support for hotel and housekeeping services including telephone service
You bring with you
- Commercial training with EFZ qualification or hotel management school diploma
- Professional experience in administration
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Confident and reliable demeanour
- Structured and organised working style, flexibility and reliability
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as high quality awareness
