Microsoft Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take technical responsibility for the modern workplace infrastructure in Switzerland. You operate and further develop the existing workplace platforms, accompany the transformation from classic client management solutions to modern cloud approaches, and support internal IT teams with technical queries.
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of the workplace management platforms Microsoft Intune and SCCM
Technical support of the existing SCCM environment as well as modern cloud management solutions
Further development of Windows Autopilot and cloud-based workplace concepts
Technical contact person for 1st-level IT support
Implementation and further development of corporate requirements and regional workplace standards
Development, documentation and establishment of best practices
Automation and optimisation of workplace processes
Participation in national and international IT projects
Creation of technical presentations, reports and documentation
Collaboration with internal stakeholders and international IT teams
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ level or higher
More than three years of professional experience in the Microsoft workplace environment with Intune and/or SCCM
Experience in automating IT processes
Experience in structured and target group-oriented communication of technical content
Good skills in presentation and reporting
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips, about once per quarter within Europe
Very good German skills and good English skills
