Role:
When customers talk about collaboration, efficiency or digitalisation, rarely is it the same challenge behind it. Your task is to listen carefully, recognise connections, and develop solutions that actually work in everyday life. In doing so, you combine Microsoft 365, consulting and organisational understanding and accompany customers from the initial question to concrete implementation.
(60-80% remote possibility, within Switzerland)
Responsibilities:
Consulting & Customer Understanding
You conduct conversations with customers, ask the right questions, and translate their challenges into concrete technical and organisational requirements
You advise on the possibilities of Microsoft 365 and demonstrate how modern tools can be sensibly integrated into existing working methods
You support customers during implementation and ensure that solutions are understandable, practical and used sustainably
Technology & Implementation
You configure Microsoft 365 working with Teams, SharePoint, Copilot and other solutions
You coordinate technical topics with Cloud Engineering, Security and Development
You examine new technologies and methods for their concrete benefits and bring suitable approaches into customer projects
Workshops & Business Development
You design and moderate customer workshops and conduct them independently or together with colleagues
You support customer presentations, presales and proposal preparations
You contribute your experience to the further development of services and consulting approaches
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in IT consulting, project work or a comparable customer-oriented role
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint and Copilot
You can connect technical possibilities with the business and organisational requirements of customers
You communicate confidently, build trust quickly and can convey complex topics understandably
You bring a high degree of independence and enjoyment in working on-site with customers
You are familiar with change management methods, for example PROSCI, or are interested in developing further in this area
You are willing to keep your expertise up to date through Microsoft certifications and ongoing training
You have very good German language skills at a high level, ideally complemented by (understanding of) Swiss German
