Cantonal Unemployment Insurance Fund (CCNAC)
The CCNAC applies federal legislation regarding unemployment insurance. It pays benefits in cases of unemployment, reduced working hours, bad weather, or employer insolvency. You support organisational changes, advise managers on their managerial challenges, and actively participate in promoting a respectful work environment that encourages team engagement.
Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to departure, you ensure fair HR practices that comply with the legal framework and are adapted to the needs of the fund.
In this capacity, you supervise recruitment processes, support individual situations, oversee skills development, and promote the attractiveness and retention of talent.
Your role also involves managing issues related to salary policy, workforce management, and monitoring HR indicators.
Finally, you implement prevention actions concerning health and psychosocial risks.
Your profile
Holder of a federal specialist HR certificate, a university degree, or equivalent training, you have at least five years of experience in an HR manager role within a similarly sized organisation.
