- Industrialisation and optimisation of manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and sensors
- Support and further development of test, measurement and calibration systems
- Accompanying new products from prototype to series maturity
- Analysis of production and measurement data as well as systematic fault cause analysis
- Creation and optimisation of test plans and work instructions
- Implementation of continuous improvement measures (CIP)
- Support and procurement of production and testing equipment
- Close cooperation with development, production, quality and logistics
- Technical education at HF/FH/ETH/University level in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of sensor technology, electronics and precise measurement technology
- Experience with test, inspection and calibration systems as well as electronics manufacturing
- Good knowledge in fault analysis and evaluation of technical data
- Programming skills, e.g. Python, LabVIEW or C#
- Knowledge of Lean Production is an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
