Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You advise customers and take on the planning, implementation and testing of IT systems
You support customers via telephone, email, remote access and on-site
You install, configure and maintain Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Office, SQL Server and Exchange
You assist with the installation and updating of SelectLine/SQL software solutions
Qualifications:
You have a training as an IT specialist in system technology with an IT provider or a comparable qualification
You have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, AD, Exchange, virtualisation, MS SQL, WSUS and clients
You have experience with LAN, WAN, routing, security as well as server, PC, printer, switch and firewall hardware
Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SelectLine, is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
