Role:
Technical challenges are not a reason for you to shy away but the moment when your strengths come into play. In this position, you manage demanding IT environments, further develop existing solutions, and support customers in implementing modern Microsoft and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
You plan and operate Microsoft-based IT infrastructures across various operating models
You continuously develop environments with Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server
You independently realise infrastructure projects and accompany them from planning to successful implementation
You support customers in technical decisions and contribute your experience in consulting and solution finding as a Key Account Engineer
You analyse complex technical situations and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions
You use PowerShell and other automation approaches to make processes more efficient
You contribute your own ideas, question existing solutions, and help continuously improve IT environments
You work closely with the team, share your knowledge, and support others with technical questions
You observe technological developments and assess their sensible use in customer environments
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment
You are familiar with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure from real operational and project environments
You have experience with PowerShell and an interest in automation
You have already implemented IT infrastructure projects and can independently drive technical topics forward
You think analytically and find practical solutions even for complex problems
You enjoy communicating with customers and can explain technical contexts clearly
You work independently, reliably, and with a quality-conscious approach
You are curious about new technologies and want to continuously expand your know-how
You have fluent German skills and good English skills
