Analyse, design, plan, and technically implement IT infrastructures together with customers – independently or in a team
Operate, optimise, and further develop on-premises and cloud environments as well as realise suitable solutions for individual customer requirements
Serve as the central technical contact person for customers, gather requirements, and develop sustainable solutions together with internal specialists
Advise customers on the further development of their IT infrastructure, identify optimisation potentials, and drive new projects and technological solutions
Actively shape the technological advancement of the IT portfolio, evaluate new technologies, and continuously optimise existing solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ), higher vocational/technical education or degree in computer science as well as several years of practical professional experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server technologies as well as Microsoft 365 and their use in modern corporate environments
Solid experience in the administration and further development of virtualised IT infrastructures, especially with VMware
Strong willingness to learn and continue education, combined with the ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and actively share it with the team
Strong IT affinity as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a high quality and customer focus
