Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an established Swiss company in the transport and logistics sector with a national and international focus. Responsibilities:
Processing international export orders from entry to completion
Coordinating worldwide sea freight with customers and service providers
Preparation and review of export-relevant documents
Managing an assigned major customer in day-to-day business
Calculation of transport services and cost control
Review of invoices and follow-up on discrepancies
Coordination with internal departments and external partners
Administrative tasks in international export business
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship in forwarding or logistics
Professional experience in international export processing
Practical knowledge in sea freight
Good knowledge of common export processes
Confident use of MS Excel
Structured and reliable working style
Very good German skills, spoken and written
Good English skills for international communication
