IT Project Manager & Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Role:
An experienced individual is sought for a modern company to accompany digitalisation projects from the initial idea to successful implementation. In this versatile role, you combine project management with business analysis and requirements engineering, ensuring that practical digital solutions arise from business needs.
You work at the interface between departments, IT, and external implementation partners. You take responsibility for workshops, requirements, testing, and the coordinated introduction of new applications and digital processes.
Responsibilities:
Management and control of IT, application, and digitalisation projects from conception to implementation
Gathering, analysing, and structuring business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
Planning and moderating workshops with departments, stakeholders, and external partners
Coordination of testing, acceptance, and quality assurance
Creation and maintenance of business concepts, process documentation, and other project documents
Coordination of various project participants and ensuring sustainable and high-quality implementation
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in managing or controlling IT, application, or digitalisation projects
Solid practical experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or structured specification of requirements
Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with different stakeholder groups
Confident handling of testing, acceptance, and quality assurance as well as understanding of structured software rollouts
Further education or degree in business informatics, computer science, business analysis, or a comparable field; IREB certification is an advantage
Strong communication skills, independent working style, very good German and good French language skills
