Within our IT – Development and Release department, you join a committed and expert team, where you contribute to the reliability, evolution and modernisation of applications and their integrations.

What you do daily

You are responsible for the technical and operational management of the applications within your scope. SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) accounts for 60% of your activity, in close collaboration with the Product Owner and the Information Security identity management team, while the remaining 40% is dedicated to a second Microsoft application (Power Platform, Power Automate, Dynamics, SharePoint). You ensure service continuity, performance and proper functioning of the applications, while contributing to their reliability, evolution and modernisation.

You handle application incidents and errors as second-level support and coordinate, if necessary, third-level interventions. You mobilise internal and external resources involved with the applications, apply IT department standards and contribute to service quality. You maintain technical documentation, operating procedures and ensure knowledge sharing necessary for service continuity.

You advise and support users in the use of applications and processes. You produce operational reporting for management by generating and analysing key performance indicators related to service quality, process reliability, incident resolution and costs. Through your structured and service-oriented approach, you contribute to continuous operational improvement and alignment of application solutions with business needs.

What you bring to the team

You have a higher education degree in computer science (university, EPF or HES) or equivalent and at least five years of experience in enterprise application integration and software development. Accustomed to complex application environments, you can meet the technical and organisational requirements of large-scale information systems. Proven experience with SailPoint as well as IAM/IGA processes is essential.

You have confirmed practical experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including administration, configuration, operation and application integration. You master identity and access governance principles, identity life cycles, roles, entitlements and certifications. You know how to configure and diagnose ISC connectors and provisioning flows, as well as REST APIs, JSON exchanges and automation.

You have good knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Power Platform, Power Automate, Dynamics, SharePoint), as well as ITSM solutions, Windows, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, SQL and Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of EasyVista, HR Access or technologies related to the second application is an asset. With excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit and strong analytical ability, you demonstrate autonomy, rigour and flexibility. As a native French speaker, you have good English skills; German is an additional advantage.
