Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d)
Complex electrical installations in industry, commerce and demanding construction projects - our Rocken partner is an established provider of comprehensive electrotechnical services. - Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing electrical projects in the areas of renovation and new construction
- Creation and monitoring of cost and time schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion
- Close collaboration with architects, site managers and other trades to ensure smooth construction processes
- Ensuring quality standards as well as compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Leading a team of 5 to 15 employees
- Direct communication with customers to meet their requirements and expectations
- Supporting the acquisition of new projects and contracts
Qualifications:
- Completed training in electrical engineering, ideally with a professional certificate (BP) or advanced professional certificate (HFP)
- Several years of experience as an electrical project manager, especially in renovation and new construction
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering, project management and the use of project management and ERP systems (e.g. Abacus, Volta)
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented working style
- Outstanding organisational skills to manage several projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Assuming responsibility and flexibility in dealing with changes in a dynamic work environment
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
