Responsibilities:
You process export orders from quotation to invoicing.
You support international customers and sales partners in writing and by phone.
You keep an eye on delivery deadlines as well as open orders and confirmations.
You prepare export and shipping documents completely and on time.
You coordinate freight forwarders and other logistics partners for international deliveries.
You support ongoing process optimisation in administrative procedures.
You provide authorities and internal specialist departments with the necessary information.
You deputise within the export team during absences.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in export business or international internal sales is required.
Good knowledge of handling shipping, customs, and trade documents.
You are proficient with MS Office and common ERP systems.
Further training in export or internal sales is an advantage.
You can understand technical contexts and take them into account in customer support.
You work reliably, customer-oriented, and structured and communicate in a binding manner.
You have a good command of German and English; French is a plus.
