Role:
Our Rocken client is an established construction group in the real estate sector. The focus is on comprehensive services for each client, including planning and construction management of the property as well as interior design and sophisticated landscaping.
Our client wishes to expand their team as soon as possible and is looking for an experienced Construction & Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Planning and organising all processes on the construction site
- Coordinating and supervising all construction trades
- Negotiation skills and communication management with various companies
- Budget and quality responsibility for the respective construction project
- Continuous development of existing processes
Qualifications:
- Completed higher education in construction management / architecture / civil engineering or building technology
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland
- Comprehensive knowledge in handling current planning and visualisation tools (Messerli, MS Project)
- Resilience, independence & solution-oriented thinking are your strengths
- Excellent German language skills
