An experienced individual is sought as Senior IT Project Lead for a demanding IT environment. The position combines technical project management, customer consulting and the operation of modern Microsoft and virtualisation environments.
In this responsible role, you will accompany customers throughout the entire IT lifecycle, further develop existing environments and take responsibility for technical projects, their quality and economic implementation.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the technical operation and further development of a defined customer portfolio
Planning, control and implementation of IT infrastructure projects including schedule, quality and cost responsibility
Advising customers on IT issues, modernisations and lifecycle projects
Design and further development of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM and Teams environments
Support of VMware infrastructures including Horizon VDI and ESXi
Professional support, development and leadership of an assigned support team
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science as well as several years of experience in technical project management and customer support
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM and Teams
Solid experience with VMware Horizon VDI and ESXi
Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
Independent, structured and analytical working style as well as pronounced team skills
Driving licence category B
