Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable individual for a versatile role in finance and accounting. You can expect an international environment where you independently take on tasks and ensure the correct handling of daily financial processes. You will work closely with various internal and external contacts and support the team in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the payment transactions and ensure correct and timely processing
You oversee the accounts payable including invoice verification and payment approvals
You manage the accounts receivable, monitor outstanding receivables, and handle the dunning process
You provide cover within the accounting team during holidays or absences
You work with various ERP and accounting systems as well as Excel to support efficient financial process handling
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or further training as an accounting clerk, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting
You bring several years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
You are proficient with ERP and accounting systems as well as MS Excel
You have very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
