Responsibilities:
- Planning, calculation and execution of load-bearing structures and structural components
- Creation and review of technical drawings, structural analyses and construction documents
- Conducting structural calculations and simulations
- Coordination and supervision of construction execution as well as compliance with quality standards
- Collaboration with architects, site managers and other disciplines
- Continuous optimisation of construction and structural processes
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in structural engineering
- Sound knowledge in the planning and calculation of load-bearing structures
- Confident handling of relevant CAD and structural analysis software (e.g. AutoCAD, Dlubal RFEM)
- Knowledge of BIM processes is an advantage
- Teamwork skills, communication strength and assertiveness
