Winter Service Staff (m/f/d) - Winter Season 2026/2027

For the upcoming winter season 2026/2027, we are seeking reliable and committed staff on behalf of our client for winter service in the Thun region.

Your Tasks

• Manual and mechanical snow and ice removal on sidewalks, driveways, and squares

• Spreading grit (salt/grit) to secure traffic routes

• Operating equipment and, if necessary, snow clearance vehicles

• Documentation of completed clearance operations

• Driving licence: Valid driving licence is mandatory

• Flexibility: Very high availability and willingness for short-notice, weather-dependent assignments

• Working hours: Willingness for very early work shifts (from 03:00 / 04:00 in case of snowfall)

• Physical condition: High resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors in wintry weather conditions

• Experience: Advantageous in winter service, caretaking, gardening, or construction/maintenance sectors

• Mobility: Own vehicle preferred (mileage allowance possible); company vehicles provided depending on availability
