Building Services Planner HVAC (m/f/d)

Role:
Our Rocken client is a broadly positioned service company in the field of building services from Zurich.
The core competencies lie in the planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, sanitary, sprinkler and/or energy technology special systems for renovation and new build projects.
Responsibilities:
- Independent planning in the area of SIA 108
- Preparation of planning documents for various projects
- Needs analysis of system dimensions and components for respective projects
- Management of order-related documents
- Preparation of tenders
Qualifications:
- Training or further education as a building services planner (m/f/d); graduates are also welcome
- Good CAD skills (Trimble Nova advantageous)
- Good spatial imagination and interconnected thinking
- Customer-, service- and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to take on challenges and enthusiasm for new things
