IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Installation, configuration and support of Windows and web applications in the area of alarm servers
Planning and coordination of alarm server projects from implementation to commissioning
Execution of external installations, system acceptance and user training
Administration and support of the internal network and IT infrastructure
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, system records and principle diagrams
Qualifications:
Knowledge of telephone systems (PBX), VoIP and basic network analysis with Wireshark
Experience with Active Directory, firewalls, VMware ESXi and cloud computing
Knowledge in the area of ESPA/GETS systems and various call systems
Good knowledge of SQL as well as understanding of technical system integrations
Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong customer and service orientation
