IT Security Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF82,500 - 95,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. Responsibilities:
Analysis of security alerts and response to incidents in the Security Operations Team
Security optimisation of customer environments and conducting training on security awareness
Provision of 1st and 2nd level support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI systems and Sophos Firewall
Monitoring the monitoring system and handling alerts in the Security Operations Centre
Performing maintenance work and supporting IT projects
Qualifications:
IT training and professional experience in analysis of security alerts and IT support
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, VDI systems and Sophos Firewall
Self-organisation, empathy and respectful interaction with colleagues and customers
Very good German and good English skills
