ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Planning and implementation of migration and integration projects for customers in the SME environment
Development and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions focusing on Microsoft Server, clients and Microsoft 365
Setup and maintenance of network and firewall components
Analysis and resolution of system faults as well as technical support in operations
Conducting workshops and presentations in the presales phase as well as comprehensive customer support throughout the entire lifecycle
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent further education in the IT field
Solid knowledge in the area of server and client virtualisation technologies
Professional experience as a system engineer or several years of work as a system administrator
Experience in technical solution design as well as in customer communication
Very good German skills (at least C2), good English skills, French skills an advantage
