your tasks

• Telephone and written first-level support for specialist trade partners as well as technical advice on the products
• Processing and handling of warranty and complaint cases
• Support in spare parts identification as well as administrative assistance in the spare parts warehouse
• Creation and processing of orders and quotations
• Maintenance of article, spare part and product data in the ERP system as well as on online platforms
• Support of sales and product management as well as interface to international manufacturers and suppliers

your skills

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. in agricultural machinery, motor equipment, automotive, motorcycle or construction machinery sector)
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
• Independent, reliable and structured working style with high initiative
• Good PC user skills and interest in modern technology as well as digital solutions
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
