Finance Team Leader (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a precise, innovative, and numbers-savvy individual to lead the financial accounting. You can expect an established Swiss company in the professional training and service environment with modern structures, an open corporate culture, and an agile team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the proper management of the general and subsidiary ledgers, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll accounting
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP
Execution and coordination of intercompany reconciliations
Preparation of VAT returns
Creation of management reports and presentations
Coordination of the planning and budgeting process
Maintenance and further development of financial and reporting processes as well as their automation
Ensuring and developing the interface between CRM and ERP systems
Qualifications:
You hold a federal diploma in finance
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting or fiduciary services
Solid knowledge of the general ledger and preparation of closing entries
Good IT affinity and solid MS Office user skills
Fluent German language skills are required
