We are looking for a 50% Sales Assistant to support a Wealth Manager in their development, organisation and commercial follow-up activities. Versatile, meticulous and possessing excellent practical skills, you will work in a demanding and international environment. A key role without direct client contact, contributing to acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
Support for business development
- Prepare and maintain prospect lists, track ongoing approaches, organise follow-up steps.
- Help define the most suitable approach for each target, taking into account cultures, customs, sensitivities and context.
- Ensure complete follow-up of ongoing actions: notes, reminders, organisation, information consolidation.
- Support the Wealth Manager in preparing meetings (documents, summaries, argumentation elements).
- Contribute to advancing all open matters – "never drop any ball".
Organisation and coordination
- Manage the diary, schedule appointments, coordinate exchanges and gather necessary documents.
- Facilitate preparation of internal and external meetings.
- Ensure a discreet but essential conductor role operationally.
Marketing and communication
- Update the website, ensure consistency of the company’s image.
- Participate in LinkedIn communication (writing, formatting, monitoring).
- Help design simple marketing materials: presentations, information notes, client documents.
- Embark the subtlety required for a demanding private clientele very attentive to details.
Candidate profile
Human skills
- Curiosity, analytical sense, discernment.
- Highly developed emotional intelligence: quickly understand needs, expectations, sensitivities.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, to switch smoothly from one subject to another.
- Ease in international environments; ability to switch languages if necessary.
- Excellent written French: no mistakes, no approximations, impeccable rigour.
- Service-mindedness, discretion, professionalism.

Possible experience
Several types of backgrounds may be suitable:
- Former Relationship Manager/Account Manager seeking a more flexible role.
- Profile from luxury hospitality, accustomed to demanding clientele and high standards.
- Motivated recent university graduate, with strong learning ability and interest in finance.
- Commercial or administrative assistant who has already worked in a structured environment.
Technical skills
- Excellent organisation, ability to structure and follow processes.
- Very good writing skills in French. Good level of English; another language is a plus.
- Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sensitivity to digital marketing (website, LinkedIn).
- Understanding – or willingness to learn – acquisition methods in wealth management.
