Role:
Do you want to combine your accounting experience with varied real estate mandates? For an established company in the field of real estate and building services, we are looking for an independent personality who manages various property accounting and acts as a reliable contact person for internal and external customers. You can expect a versatile role with responsibility for financial statements, reporting and the ongoing development of your mandates.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the property accounting of various clients
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure a reliable data basis
You prepare VAT returns as well as client-specific reporting
You actively contribute to the optimisation of processes and other tasks in accounting
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education
You have completed further training in accounting or a higher professional qualification
You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the real estate sector
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
Experience with a real estate software is an advantage
