Assistant to the Head of the Department of Surgery 40-50% (Job Sharing)

Your area of responsibility

• Within the framework of job sharing, you act as the administrative hub for the Head of the Department of Surgery and support him in all administrative and organisational matters
• With commitment, you are responsible for scheduling and, together with the team, ensure a smooth daily routine, with Monday and Wednesday being your fixed working days
• During the holiday absences of your job sharing partner, you take over the representation and are prepared to temporarily increase your workload
• Independently drafting correspondence in German and English, organising business trips as well as planning and conducting internal and external events are part of your versatile range of tasks and contribute to the success of the department

Your experience

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with experience as an assistant or many years of work as a chief physician's secretary form the basis of your career
• As a communicative and team-oriented personality, you enjoy working in an exciting hub function
• Flexibility, adaptability as well as the ability to react quickly to changes and set priorities characterise your proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• With very good IT skills (Microsoft Office 365), excellent German and good English skills, willingness to develop further and active commitment, you contribute profitably to the team
