Responsibilities:
- You independently operate, monitor and maintain the cloud infrastructure and support customers in 2nd-level support
- You locate and resolve faults, install and optimise new hardware and software
- You perform data backups and initiate recovery, restart and restore processes
- You also monitor system utilisation and initiate tuning measures to optimise performance
- Occasionally, you also work on customer projects and support customers remotely as well as from the home office
Qualifications:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system technology or platform development in a larger IT environment
- You can convince with your knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Server, SQL and Exchange as well as Citrix and VMware technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and network technologies is an advantage, as are Microsoft certifications
- You place great value on service and customer orientation and always strive for high quality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
