Responsibilities:
You analyse and optimise existing trade compliance processes in SAP GTS.
You gather requirements, specify them, and implement them within IT projects.
You coordinate approvals according to ITAR, EAR, and Swiss export law.
You review data access and authorisations for technical information.
You support purchasing, sales, and logistics with compliance-related issues.
You create reports and data analyses from SAP GTS and other system sources.
You document and update compliance requirements for internal users.
You plan training sessions for data managers, administrators, and specialist departments.
Qualifications:
Completed studies in business, business law, computer science, or comparable professional training.
Several years of experience in trade compliance or international export control.
Sound knowledge of Swiss and US foreign trade law.
Experience with ITAR, EAR, goods control law, and authorities such as SECO.
Very good user knowledge of SAP.
Experience in goods classification and evaluation of complex export data.
Strong process understanding and experience with process optimisation.
Very good German skills as well as good English.
