HR Generalist (FR/ANG) - CDD 10 mois

• Supporting managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, employee development, and offboarding, within a multinational environment.

• Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor and social law while providing day-to-day HR guidance and contributing to local and global HR initiatives.

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, including:
  • Onboarding and integration
  • Contract administration and amendments
  • Internal mobility
  • Employee development
  • Offboarding processes
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Swiss labor and social law.
• Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
• Participate in local and international HR projects.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and global HR teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.

Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss labor and social law framework.
• Experience managing the full employee life cycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
