Property Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company with around 50 employees based in Bern with branches in Zurich, Lausanne and Geneva, responsible for a heterogeneous and exciting real estate portfolio throughout Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced property accounting specialist. You will independently manage the property accounting of your own portfolio and contribute to sustainable, value-based property management. In a collegial and appreciative environment, you will take on a diverse range of tasks with a great deal of personal responsibility.

Responsibilities:
You independently manage the property accounting of your own portfolio
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements
You are responsible for debt collection
You support administrative tasks and deputise for team members during absences
You manage creditor and debtor accounting and participate in projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education; further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage, or you are a certified accountant
You already have good knowledge of property accounting
You speak German; good French or Italian skills are an advantage
You are characterised by reliability and an efficient way of working
You are a team player and work precisely; experience with Garaio REM or a similar management system is an advantage
