Technical Project Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical solutions for buildings, infrastructure, and energy. The company offers comprehensive services and systems for various technical requirements and supports projects from planning to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Responsibility for all technical and structural processes in the managed properties, execution and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures
- Project Management: Planning and coordination of technical projects and renovations, selection and coordination of craftsmen and service providers
- Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensuring regular maintenance and upkeep of technical systems and building infrastructure
- Safety Management: Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements in the area of building technology and security
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with the responsible mandate manager to coordinate technical requirements and resolve technical issues
- Cost Management: Monitoring costs for technical services and repairs as well as preparing and reviewing cost estimates and invoices
- Documentation: Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, maintenance records, and condition assessments of the properties
- Customer Support: Contact person for technical inquiries and problems from tenants and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a building technician, facility manager, construction manager, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical property management or a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of building and system technology as well as structural maintenance measures
- Experience in project management and coordination of service providers and craftsmen
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with property management software
