Responsibilities:
Maintenance and processing of incoming orders in the ERP system
Ensuring correct invoicing of all customer deliveries
Monitoring inventory development and control of perishable goods
Preparation of evaluations to assess operational process performance
Disposition of goods dispatches and coordination with external transport service providers
Handling customer correspondence and resolving open order items
Checking delivery capability and tracking outstanding shipments
Participation in the further development of logistical and administrative workflows
Qualifications:
Commercial EFZ qualification or equivalent
Practical experience in export processing, customer service, or logistics
Further training in foreign trade or customs is an advantage
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and common office applications
Organisational skills and understanding of interconnected business processes
Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
Additional foreign languages are a further advantage
