For our client, a traditional and internationally active Swiss company in the Bremgarten area, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual as:

HR Generalist (m/f/d) 50-60%

An varied HR role with responsibility and development opportunities awaits you.

Your interesting area of activity includes, among other things:

• You accompany employees throughout the entire employment relationship – from entry to exit.
• You independently manage the monthly payroll runs.
• You handle absences and social insurance matters and coordinate the corresponding processes.
• You ensure correct and up-to-date maintenance of personnel master data.
• You prepare HR reports and contribute to controlling tasks.
• You work closely with the finance department and are responsible for reconciling relevant accounts.
• You advise managers on personnel-related issues and support entry and exit processes.

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed commercial training with further education in HR (federal specialist certificate).
• Several years of professional experience (at least three years) in personnel administration and payroll processing.
• Sound knowledge in the HR field as well as a strong understanding of numbers and processes.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented personality with a careful working style.
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
