Exciting tasks

• Enter accounting entries (debtors, creditors, suppliers and general accounting) and ensure payments
• Ensure invoicing as well as the follow-up of receipts
• Manage order blocks and unblocks in accordance with internal guidelines
• Ensure the follow-up of contentious files
• Prepare customer statistics
• Prepare VAT returns
• Ensure the completion of monthly closings and actively participate in the annual closing
• Participate in the preparation of financial analyses, reconciliations, budgets and forecasts
• Maintain relations with the group and auditors
• Handle various correspondence and ensure filing and archiving of documents

Profile sought

• Essential experience in managing Swiss accounting, with complete autonomy in routine accounting tasks
• Accounting training (CFC commercial employee, accounting certificate or equivalent training)
• Very good command of IT tools, especially ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level) or Swiss German, both spoken and written.
